Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase of digital products offered by BiblicalLens ("we," "us," or "our") through thebiblicallens.com and its subpages, including the Sovereign Success: The 1M Framework. By completing a purchase, you ("Buyer" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms are entered into in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 8792), the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). Nothing in these Terms limits, waives, or extinguishes any right you are entitled to as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.

1. The Products

BiblicalLens offers the following digital product tiers under the Sovereign Success: The 1M Framework:

• The Called One (₱199) — Tools 1, 2, and 5 as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
• The Kingdom Warrior (₱498) — Tools 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, and 9 as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
• The Sovereign Heir (₱795) — All 10 tools as described on the sales page, including the Couple Cycle Breaker Toolkit for Founding Members within the 1,000-buyer cohort.

All products are delivered digitally via email link. No physical items will be shipped. BiblicalLens may improve, update, or revise the content of any tool over time. The core substance of each tool — as described at the time of purchase — will remain substantially intact through any revision.

2. Access and Delivery

Upon successful payment through Xendit, your access credentials and download link will be sent to your checkout email within five (5) minutes. You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive access within fifteen (15) minutes, email us at info@thebiblicallens.com and we will resolve it within 24 hours on business days.

3. License and Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to access and use the purchased tools for your own personal and professional development. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share any part of the framework with any person who has not purchased it;
• Use any portion to create a competing product or training program;
• Present the framework's content as your own original work in a commercial context;
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices in the materials.

"Lifetime access" means access to the purchased tier and all future updates to that tier for as long as BiblicalLens actively operates the Sovereign Success: The 1M Framework product. In the event BiblicalLens discontinues this product, buyers will receive at least thirty (30) days' advance notice by email and will be offered a pro-rated refund or an equivalent product at no additional cost, at our discretion.

4. Founding Member Pricing

Founding Member pricing is available to the first 1,000 buyers across all tiers combined. Buyers within the Founding Member cohort retain their purchase price permanently for the specific tier they purchased — meaning the price of their tier will not increase for them. This price lock applies to the tier purchased only and does not extend to future separate products or upsells offered by BiblicalLens.

5. Agreement to Terms at Point of Purchase

By clicking any checkout button on the BiblicalLens sales page and completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Refund & Guarantee Policy, and the Earnings & Results Disclaimer. A link to this legal page is displayed on the sales page and checkout flow. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not complete your purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Sovereign Success: The 1M Framework is the original intellectual property of BiblicalLens and is protected under Philippine and international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is a violation of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, BiblicalLens shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the products. Our maximum liability to you for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered buyers via the email address used at checkout, with at least fourteen (14) days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of purchased products after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how BiblicalLens collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations as enforced by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described herein. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at info@thebiblicallens.com.

1. Data We Collect

• Purchase Data: Name, email address, and transaction reference collected at the point of purchase through Xendit.
• Funnel & Marketing Data: Email address and funnel stage data collected through Systeme.io when you interact with our sales funnel or thank you page.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and session duration — collected automatically via server logs.
• Communication Data: Any information you voluntarily provide when emailing us.
• Tracking Data: Behavioral data collected through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. See the Cookie & Tracking Policy (Document 05) for full details.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, biometric data, health records, or financial account details. Payment card information is handled exclusively by Xendit and is never stored by BiblicalLens.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver your purchased digital products by email;
• To process and verify your payment transaction via Xendit;
• To manage your access through our funnel and delivery infrastructure (Systeme.io);
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
• To notify you of product updates that affect your purchased tier;
• To measure marketing effectiveness through aggregated, anonymized analytics;
• To comply with applicable Philippine legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third party for their own independent marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Data Processors

We share your personal data only with the following processors, and only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes above:

• Xendit Inc. — Payment processing. Handles transaction data under PCI-DSS standards. BiblicalLens does not store your payment card details. See Xendit's Privacy Policy.
• Systeme.io (IS Solutions SAS) — Sales funnel, thank you page, and email delivery infrastructure. Your email address and purchase stage are processed by Systeme.io to manage product access and delivery. See Systeme.io's Privacy Policy.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — Via the Facebook Pixel, which collects behavioral data for advertising optimization. Pixel ID: 4421092448154523. See the Cookie Policy below for full details and opt-out instructions.
• Google LLC — Via Google Fonts CDN, which may log font request metadata. No personal purchase data is shared with Google through this service.
• Law enforcement or regulatory bodies — Only when required by valid legal process, court order, or applicable Philippine law.

4. Your Rights as a Data Subject (RA 10173)

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to be Informed — Know what we collect and why.
• Right of Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Right to Object — Object to processing beyond product delivery and legal compliance.
• Right to Data Portability — Receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to Complain — File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at www.privacy.gov.ph if you believe your rights have been violated.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@thebiblicallens.com with subject line "DATA PRIVACY REQUEST." We will respond within fifteen (15) working days as required by NPC regulations.

5. Data Retention

Purchase records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years for BIR tax compliance under the National Internal Revenue Code. Email communication records are retained for two (2) years from the last interaction. Funnel and marketing data in Systeme.io is retained for the duration of your product access and deleted upon written request, subject to retention obligations above.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the NPC within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery, as required by RA 10173.

7. Children's Privacy

Our products are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

8. NPC Registration

BiblicalLens is in the process of completing registration with the National Privacy Commission as a Personal Information Controller (PIC) as required under RA 10173. Our NPC registration number will be published in this section upon completion. Buyers with data privacy concerns may contact the NPC directly at www.privacy.gov.ph regardless of our registration status.

Refund & Guarantee Policy

1. Statutory Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394) are not affected by this policy. If a product fails to substantially deliver what was described at the time of purchase, you retain all remedies available to you under RA 7394 regardless of any "no refund" language in these Terms. This policy governs our voluntary guarantee — it does not replace or reduce your legal rights.

2. General Policy on Digital Products

Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, we are generally unable to accept returns based on change of mind or failure to engage with the product after delivery. This is consistent with the nature of immediately-accessible digital intellectual property. However, the 7-Day Clarity Guarantee and your statutory rights under RA 7394 apply as described in this document.

3. The 7-Day Clarity Guarantee — Objective Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following must be satisfied:

• You must have completed the Tool 1 worksheet in full — every section, every prompt, following the instructions as provided in the tool;
• You must submit the completed worksheet to info@thebiblicallens.com as evidence of completion;
• Your refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of your original purchase date;
• Your email must include: your name, checkout email address, purchase date, and a brief explanation of why no skill could be identified after completing the worksheet;
• Your purchase must have been made directly through the official BiblicalLens checkout links on thebiblicallens.com.

What "completion" means: Every prompt in Tool 1 has a written response. The worksheet is filled out — not partially attempted. We do not require a minimum word count, but we do require that every section has been engaged with. A blank or minimally filled worksheet does not constitute completion.

4. Refund Process and Timeline

• We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours on Philippine business days;
• We will review your submitted worksheet within 2 business days;
• Approved refunds are processed through Xendit within 5–7 business days;
• Actual credit to your account may take an additional 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• The 7-day window has expired from the date of purchase;
• No completed worksheet was submitted as required;
• The refund request is based on dissatisfaction with personal results rather than failure to complete Tool 1 and identify a skill;
• Any portion of the framework has been shared, redistributed, or commercially used;
• The purchase was made by a third party on behalf of the requesting individual without authorization.

6. Tier Upgrades

Tier upgrades are treated as separate purchases. If you purchased The Called One and wish to upgrade to The Kingdom Warrior or The Sovereign Heir, you may do so at the applicable price. Amounts paid for prior tiers are not credited toward upgrade purchases.

Earnings & Results Disclaimer

1. No Income Guarantee

BiblicalLens and the Sovereign Success: The 1M Framework do not guarantee any specific level of income, revenue, or financial outcome. References to "engineering your first million," "a precise daily revenue target," or "your first million is math, not a miracle" describe the methodology and goal architecture of the framework — specifically the reverse-engineering approach in Tool 9 (The 1M Milestone Architect™). These statements describe how the tool works, not a financial result that is guaranteed upon purchase.

The word "certainty" or similar language used in any promotional context refers to the clarity and precision of the daily revenue calculation system — not to a certainty of income outcome. No investment, no business framework, and no digital product can guarantee financial results, and none is represented to do so here.

2. Individual Results Vary

Your results from using this framework will depend on factors entirely outside BiblicalLens's control, including:

• The time, effort, and consistency you apply;
• Market demand for the skill you identify and develop;
• Your financial obligations, starting capital, and personal circumstances;
• Broader economic and market conditions in the Philippines and globally;
• Whether you complete the tools as directed or leave them unused after purchase.

They are presented to illustrate what is possible, not what is typical. Results shown or described are not representative of average buyer outcomes. We do not make projections about what any individual buyer will earn or achieve.

3. Not Professional Advice

The content of the Sovereign Success: The 1M Framework is provided for educational and personal development purposes only. It does not constitute:

• Financial or investment advice under Philippine securities regulation;

The framework incorporates Scripture-based principles, biblical frameworks, spiritual declarations, and prayer strategies as part of its methodology. This content reflects the personal and professional convictions of BiblicalLens's operators and is offered as faith-based educational material. It is not the official doctrinal position of any church, denomination, or registered religious organization. Purchasing and using this framework does not create a membership, pastoral, ecclesiastical, or accountability relationship between you and BiblicalLens or its operators.

This policy explains how BiblicalLens uses cookies and tracking technologies on thebiblicallens.com. By using this website, you consent to these technologies as described. You may withdraw consent at any time using the opt-out methods below.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Pixel-based trackers collect behavioral signals without storing files on your device. Both types are used on this website as described below.

2. Tracking Technologies in Use

Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) — Pixel ID: 4421092448154523
Operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Used to measure advertising effectiveness, track page view and purchase events, build custom audiences, and report conversion data. The Pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, pages viewed, and actions taken. This data is governed by Meta's Data Policy. Systeme.io
Our funnel and delivery platform. These are functional cookies required for the checkout and delivery process to work correctly.

Xendit
Our payment processor. Xendit sets session cookies during checkout for security and fraud prevention. These cookies expire at the end of your session and do not track you across other websites.

Google Fonts CDN
Fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Google may log request metadata including your IP address. No purchase or behavioral data from BiblicalLens is shared with Google through this service.

3. How to Opt Out

• Meta Pixel: Adjust your off-Facebook activity settings at facebook.com/ads/preferences. You may also use browser extensions such as uBlock Origin to block pixel tracking entirely.
• Browser Cookies: Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Note: blocking Xendit or Systeme.io session cookies may prevent the checkout process from functioning correctly.
• Email contact: Contact us at info@thebiblicallens.com to request that your data held by Systeme.io be deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.

4. No Third-Party Ad Networks

BiblicalLens does not use third-party advertising networks, ad exchanges, or behavioral targeting systems beyond the Meta Pixel described above. We do not serve banner advertisements. No external advertiser tracks you on this website for their own purposes.

5. Updates
